A request for help...

I was hoping someone could help me identify a horror novel. I'm pretty sure it was published in the late seventies or early-to-mid eighties, and it wasn't young adult. It was about a factory, grain mill, or food-processing-plant that was haunted by the person who'd started it. A new owner ends up with the facility, and has all sorts of problems with the ghost. I can't remember much of it, but one crazy line sticks out: something like "Here comes a chopper to chop your head off!"

I'd really appreciate any help on this subject; trying to identify it has been driving me up the wall.

Wish I could help. Have you tried rec.arts.horror.written? Or maybe the Shocklines board.

It's been so long since I've read either, but two eighties horror novels that I rememer having mills in them are Hellfire, by John Saul, and Dark Silence, by Rick Hautala. I really don't remember plot details, though.
