Do you think Kate would mind if we started some 'fanfic' that revolves around the wonderful, vibrant characters she has created for us in her series? :confused:

I know some authors get quite peeved if you use their characters 'to your own means' but, an old and very missed friend of mine used to write Harry Potter 'fanfic' and it was brilliant :D The series she wrote was called 'Love is a Battlefield' and she received a lot of great feedback which gave her the confidence to move onto her own works. In that way, you're not profiteering or making any money, you're just taking a character and making it work your own way...

Hmmm...something to think about anyway! :cool:

kate isnt going to get around to the next book for a long time, you should start your own continuation i would love to see some one do that.....
i would start one but i dont have the writing skills, so if you can please do it
and keep the story and sperit alive
