Yesterday I watched MirrorMask. I though it was a great movie. At first I felt kind of ho-hum about it, but then I got sucked into the atmosphere and the incredible visuals. I will definitely buy this movie to add to my collection. :)

Anyone else here see it?

No I haven't. Does Neil Gaimon have anything to do with that movie?

I enjoyed it. The story wasn't great, but the visuals were awesome.

Gaiman wrote the script, but it's more McKean's baby. He directed & the movie uses his colours. I think of it as a Gaiman/McKean book come to life. I enjoyed it a lot. It works even better when viewed with someone of the target audience age group; it's a children's story.

I watched it several months ago and I can definately say that it is my favourite for 2006 as of now. I started spreading the word among my friends and am proud to anounce that they all have already seen it .:D
