Horton seems to have revised the TOC for the Fantasy volume since an early posting of his; either way, it's nice to finally own Reynolds' "Understanding Space and Time," which til now has only been available in a convention program book.

It seems there are more and more "Best of the Year" anthologies as of late, yet there is a thought that short fiction in the FSF genre is dying. Odd, that. No?
