Help me remember this TV show

There was a really bad TV show on in either '89 or '90, it didn't make it a full season. It took place right after the end of the world, but it was a sitcom. It was billed, at the time, as a modern-day Gilligan's Island, which it was not.

Things I remember:

1) One of the main characters survived the end of the world (which was, I believe, nuclear war) because he was in a Volvo. Safety ratings and all that. You know. That was one of the better jokes.
2) One character, a female, wanted to breed to rebuild humanity.
3) The title of the show is something along the lines of "Oops"

I actually thought it /was/ "Oops" but can find NO record of the show anywhere. Google, tv.com, imdb, even Wikipedia have NOTHING on it. So, I assume, I have the title wrong. Anybody remember the real title, or can someone confirm (Preferably with a link, but anything's fine) that Oops is right but the show as just so bad that nobody's bothered to index it online yet?

Again, thanks, I can now sleep :D
