You might enjoy checking out this site: 6-word science fiction. (http://wired.com/wired/archive/14.11/sixwords.html) Some are NSFW.

A few that I liked:

Gown removed carelessly. Head, less so.
- Joss Whedon

Machine. Unexpectedly, I’d invented a time
- Alan Moore

Epitaph: Foolish humans, never escaped Earth.
- Vernor Vinge

We kissed. She melted. Mop please!
- James Patrick Kelly

I really like those. I think my favourite was 'time machine reaches future. nobody there.'
They're fun to try, as well.

'aliens invade new york. go shopping.'

and

'starlight falls on last man's grave.'

were the best I could come up with...

I thought they were mostly quite bad. Most the authors seem to have confused writing micro-fiction with writing bad jokes. Compared to the Hemmingway story that inspired them, which is truly great and gives the feeling of an interesting back story and an emotional response, i thought these stories were all pretty shallow. I doubt there are any i'll keep in memory.

Hemmingway:

For sale: baby shoes, never worn.

cf.

Tick tock tick tock tick tick. - Neal Stephenson

His penis snapped off; he’s pregnant! - Rudy Rucker

I’m your future, child. Don’t cry. - Stephen Baxter

I like:

My nemesis is dead. Now what? – Michael Cunningham

True, they're a little throwaway, but there's nothing wrong with that.
