Perrin and the Seanchan

Okay I have a question.

What happened in the deal Perrin made with the Seanchan? What did he lose? It seemed like he gained everything.

And was he saying he would not raise Manatherin?

Hmm... I read it less than a year ago, but I don't really recall the details of the deal. I think, though, that you may be right... he may have agreed not to raise Manetheren, which is sort of disappointing.

That is sort of disappointing. But who know? Jordan may turn it all around and on its head.

That whole storyline (Perrin going to Ghealdan and then saving Faile from the Shaido) is so boring and unnessesary. Hundreds and hundreds of pages and what happened finally...we finally got rid of the Shaido. Who cares about them anyway...if there was any logic in this storyline, they should've been broken and returning to the Waste after their massacre at Dumai's wells. Why they were still following Sevanna's orders after she led them to this debacle is a complete mystery to me.

they collared 500 women. That's part of it. Other parts are probably land claims.

Mat and Perrin are getting real chummy with the Seanchan, they'll probably all meet up in the last book and take one big bash at The Dark Lord.
