[Blaze]

Hi,

I was wondering if anybody could recommend a few books in this sense:

I am new to fantasy and am looking to dive into this genre. Now, I see many recommendations like Martin's and Jordan's works but frankly, I do not want to dive into such great works yet. I have to admit I still like the typical cliche of "farmboy discovers power, goes through adventures, falls in love with princess, and saves the world". I have to admit that though it wasn't the best writing style, it was an excellent story.

I am looking for more such stories before completely diving in to the works of legendary writers. No point in giving up childhood so soon :P. Thanx for the help.
