Nightsorrow: I still think they need to take a leaf out of UK companies in cover-art.
Though the Winterbirth one might actually be better than the UK one.
I actually thought what covers they've gone public with so far looked fractionally more 'UKish' than 'USish' (not that I see vast numbers of US covers in my daily life to justify the comparison). I don't think any of them would look out of place in UK bookshops, anyway.
I like the new Winterbirth cover, and suspect it might be a bit more market-friendly in the US, though I did like the UK hardcover version as well. Only other cover I've seen is for the future Dutch edition, which is again totally different in style (and which I also quite like) - just goes to show there's any number of ways to dress up a book!
