Hi
I am asking you all to be truthfull! I read a good book and become heavily into a certain character, and wish to know what happens to him/her down the line. So I start flicking through the book. I did this with Eddard in the GMartin book!!! *********** SPOILER ALERT *************
And lo and behold I read that his head rolled! THIS REALLY PISSED ME OFF AS i REALLY LIKED HIM. Oh well - this disease really gets on my nerves - I just get itchy fingers to see how things go. I obviously cannot read quick enough!!!

Any one else do this or am I alone

I never Flick through as it would spoil the whole story. I read from beginning to End.

I sometimes will read the last page of the book either while I am still in the beginning or middle of the book.

I may have the symptons.. I will ocassionally flip ahead to make sure a character is still alive..

But, I fight it off usually..

I do it all the time. I consider it a great time saving process for a few of the real stinkers out there.

I don't even really mind doing it in the truly great books either since I read one book quite a few times anyway.
