Well, folks.. I've started my own webpage. Went out, bought a book, and started learning. =)
Yes, this is a shameless plug for you to visit it. It isnt much right now, but, still, kinda proud of it. =)

no offense, but the book reviews on your new site are rather thin. They need more substance beyond just "I really like it".

Well, being that this is my first website, I imangine in time they may get more comprehensive.
But, one thing I do want to avoid is the long winded review that really doesnt say much, and ruins a book. I dont know how many reviews I read that give almost the first half of a book away.
We'll see.. All I know, is that I am enjoying putting it up. =)

Well, since everyone else is doing it, I guess that I'll have to put in a plug for my site. It's about fantasy(what a suprise!) Here it is:

It being done in HTML, there are almost no pictures to it, but I will add in more graphic stuff as time goes on. I am also thinking of moving my website to somewhere better.

Your site looks great Keyoke. And really, these kind of sites with reviews and such take a while to build up and get started.
I think a)don't let it get you down, and b)have as much fun building it as you can http://www.sffworld.com/ubb/smile.gif I know I did.
I am trying to do it on a business level, and can I get anyone to post to the forum even, let alone submit reviews and articles.
Still I am planning some advertising and hoping that will help. It's only a month or so old so I've time yet, and I'm having so much fun http://www.sffworld.com/ubb/wink.gif

Great looking site, Aleya. I may have to submit some reviews to it, and I will probably add a link to it from my own site. It was nice how you included biographical information about the authors, as well as their books and other info. Very nice!
