Mark Anthony's Last Rune trilogy?

Belgarion

I was considering purchasing Mark Anthony's Trilogy on the Last Rune. Is it worthwhile for me to purchase them. I have never read his books and since he is the latest author to complete a trilogy I was seriously considering reading them.

Any advise humble readers?

Belgarion:

I read the first book Beyond the Pale a little over a year ago. I thought was OK, a little better than average, but haven't been too compelled to pick up the remaining books in the series. I may eventually try the next book The Keep of the Fire.

I posed a similar question in another thread asking if it was worth picking up the remaining books, I think a couple people said it was worth it.

For more information on the series check out the author's official website. It is a very good looking site: www.thelastrune.com (http://www.thelastrune.com) .

I've also read the first book of the Last Rune series, but, I'm a little more positive on it than Fitz..

I really enjoyed. While I wouldnt put it in the same category as Martin, Erikson, & Tad Willams.

Pick it up, I enjoyed it .. =)

Thanks Fitzflagg & Keyoke. It sounds that I may decide just to purchase the 1st book and then decide on whether to purchase the next two.

Thanks for guiding me to the last rune website, Fitzflagg. It is a cool website.

I think I will buy it today.

After thinking about it myself, I may pick up The Keep of the Fire next time I stop in Barnes and Noble.
