Or not.. my question is, who thinks she might still live ? Yes the warder bond with Lan was broken but with so much unexplained.. in fact nothing explained abt the particular terangreal she and Lanfear fell into it rather leaves it open doesn't it ? Perhaps it's just wishful thinking on my part but who thinks Jordan might have intentionally left the door open [no pun intended] for a return from one or both of the said characters ? I'm on Winter's Heart now and as protracted as this series has been it still only feels like Jordan's getting warmed up in this particular universe. He's hinted at such a wider canvas, especially historically.. that it seems he could easily roll off another 10 books and be nowhere near done. Thoughts please..

Who here hopes she stays dead? I, for one, don't really care either way, I just wish Jordan would get on with it.

I think it is better that she stays gone.If she comes back then so will Lanfear and that means Mr Jordan with have to sub plot his story ( for the 1000th time ) and I just want to see this whole story finished before I lose any more interest In this man books.

PS: I loved the name of this topic. http://www.sffworld.com/ubb/smile.gif

She recides in Hell, for the mo. Doing every Lucifer's whim. Let your imagination work: chains, whips, flows of Air and Fire, etc, etc.

Lanfear doesn't have to be alive for Moraine to return.. she might have died in the transition.. or simply been killed by Moraine or whatever was on the other side of the portal. As much as she annoyed me in the beginning with her manipulation, time and the comparison with far less humane Aes Sedai showed her to be a much better person than she first appeared, indeed sacrificing herself in the end. And didnt Min have a viewing abt her .. as yet unfulfilled ?

I've always thought that Moraine would turn back up when Rand needs her most. Or maybe when Thom is in particular trouble and needs a friendly Aes Sedai to pull his butt out of the fire. Caldazar, Thom's not going to rescue Moraine, she's going to rescue him. LOL!
