Haven't we all? Now I'M off topic I guess. I don't know whether this counts or not but I'm reading the "Star Wars Omnibus" which is basically the book version of Episode I (Star Wars), Episode II (The Empire Strikes Back) and Episode III (The Return of the Jedi) right now and I'm enjoying it. And after THIS I'm going to watch the movies all over again ... No, not obsessed. I just have an almost-unhealthy interest in the series ... (PS: Just found the book in my school library so I decided it would be a good holiday read ... THREE WHOLE WEEKS OF HOLIDAYS IN ONLY ONE WEEK'S TIME!!!!!!!!! CANNOT WAIT... BUT I'LL GUESS I'LL HAVE TO :( )

I have no idea what you guys are talking about, but I can kinda guess from the title... I really cannot be bothered to read all these pages, but I still would like to join in this convo, because...well, I like to join in the fun! Lol...
I have read a Cathgerine webb book, called spirit walker or something, I can't really remember, it was such a long time ago...
In a way, I kind of regret reading the Pellinor books, because they set a really high standard for all the other books, because they are so good, and most of the other books I've read afterwards, seems...well, rubbish, because they can never reach the standard Alison Croggon has set. So in a way, they make the book reading experience for me less enjoyable. But of course, the joy and happiness I get from reading The Gift alone, outweighs everything else 10000000000000000times, so it's worth it!!! :D :D :D

The Keys to the Kingdom series by Garth Nix,
The Cronicles of Narnia by C. S. Lewis,
The Star of the Guardians series by Margaret Weis,
The Sword of Truth seties by Terry Goodkind (have the second one ready by
the time you finish the first or you will go into withdrawl while you search
for it),
Harry Potter (of course),
The Children of the Red King series by Jenny Nimmo,
Any of the Star Wars novels that continue the saga, especially the ones by
Timothy Zahn and Michael Stackpole,
The Shadow War Trilogy by Chris Claremont (story by George Lucas continuing
the story of the film "Willow",
And George R. R. Martin's "A Song of Ice and Fire" series kicks butt.
I read a lot, but these are the cream of the crop.

I like books by Tamora Pierce. (She's the one who got me hooked onto young adult fantasy, I think.) I have her Circle of Magic series at home.
A non-fantasy author I like is Agatha Christie, the "Queen of Crime", dead as she may be.
