I think I've been getting back into a reading streak again. Yay! Fanfiction has spurred it on for me.
This is slightly embarrassing, but only because I'm not an adult yet-- but does anyone here read adult fanfiction? I mean, I read it for the plot and good writing style, but sometimes there is, ah, mature content.
I suppose it's better being educated about sex through words than through living it. Or other, um, sources that are out there.
glad i'm not the only one...
i agree about the whole learning about sex thing.

*sigh of relief*
Well, that's good. :) I'm not so weird/perverted then.
Right now i'm just reading various books on writing. My novel is taking shape in my mind, yay! :)
I also just read a new volume of The Queen's Knight. If you're a manga/anime fan, DEFINITELY check it out. It has so much more quality and character depth than the other mangas out there, IMO.

i have absolutely nothing to contribute. my "book life" is pretty much non existant nowadays.
as for manga, i'm still reading Change 123 which doesn't exactly have a good plot but the details are pretty good and, occasionally, really funny.
and don't worry, there's nothing weird/perverted about reading adult fanfics. it is quite a bit better than the *ahem* other sources out there.

I really should read Brisingr sometime. I'm not sure I can face it. They're not brilliant books, and it's so long, but I want to know what happens!
