Next to the online-status and report post icons, there are two icons I can't make sense of. When I hover the mouse over them I get the text in this threads title.

What are these for? :confused:

Digg & Del.icio.us are both social bookmarks which allow users to hotlink and tag things of interest. Bloggers use them a lot.
