I think there are around 30-50 that actually post regulary.

Hey Dag, how about some board statistics?
how many are active? from what countries there is the most people and the most activity?

Those sort of things.

Good Idea, it would be nice to see some user profiles. In the short time ive been posting I have found these forums very useful, thanks to everyone for the attentive replys.

That is pretty cool. I would suspect that FitzChivlary is correct in that maybe 30-50- members regularly post.

Kierk Soren, if you click the boxed "?" in the members post next to the time and date of the post, you can find out a little more about the member. Though, not everybody even fills that out.

I've brought these 2 topics to the top, since the 500 members milestone:Read/Continue a Topic (Longish, but please read) (http://www.sffworld.com/ubb/Forum1/HTML/000262.html)

Who are you? Why Fantasy/Scifi? (http://www.sffworld.com/ubb/Forum1/HTML/000255.html)

Thanks everyone for participating and for the most part being civil!

How would you define regularly post? I post regularly, but only about once a fortnight. Usually someone has already said something I think, or I don't feel I can add any more to a discussion by offering my opinion.
I still read most posts however, and have been doing so for a while now.
A lot of the people who were posting when I first started aren't around anymore.

Wow. Me? The jubilee guy. I think I deserve a prize. You know, I signed up in a pinch the other day and used my name as opposed to a character name such as many seem to use. I was considering conforming on this very night and changing my name to Alobar (a Tom Robbins character from Jitterbug Perfume). But as Mr. 500, I guess I'll stick with PJ.

FitzChivlary, I don't really have much statistics for the forum, but according to some of the statistics I have for the whole site between 60% and 70% of the vistitors are coming from the US. The rest are mainly coming from the following countries (in this order); UK, Canada, Australia, Netherlands, Sweden, Germany, Norway, Israel and Greece.

Interesting blend of nationalities we have here.

I would define regularly as Members with at least 60 posts?
