I thought they were really gopods but the last two were almost boardering on Fanfiction rather than a proper story

I thought the 6th was okay, but the 7th was horrible. It was too quick and jumbled and wierd.

I think it was well written, and reading it taught me some vital writing skills. And of course the story is fantastic, you feel like Harry is a real person that you go on a long adventure with. Any good writer should read it. Taht is my opinion of course.

I gave it an 8. I think the plot is very good, and the mystery/ suspense of Snape, but the books aren't really written extraordinarily. They don't have very refined or advanced vocabulary, and you get the impression that they were written for younger kids. My favorite was the fifth book, and the third, but I didn't like the sixth or seventh at all. The fourth isn't on my list of favorites either. The Pellinor series is at least ten times better, mainly because the characters are sooooo much more realistic. They have major flaws that make them believable, but not stupid (like Harry's jumping to conclusions), and their relationships aren't always perfect. Also, the epilogue in DH was pointless.
