One of the cool things about Dwarves is their ability to build things. After all, Dwarves built Thor's hammer, didn't they? What other inventions do you think Dwarves might have come up with?

Personally, since they don't like horses, I suspect their vast underground cities probably have a public transportation system of some sort: maybe giant worms.

With Dwarves being good miners I would think that there transport system would be more like a train sort of thing like miners use.
