Well, I just finished the MS&T Trilogy and it was awesome! Since then I've been thinking that since this fantasy trilogy is so good it might have the potential to be made into a movie trlogy. So, could some people here voice their ideas for a cast of actors and actresses that might be in it if it were made into a movie trilogy, because right now I can't seem to think up one for myself.

Well.. That's a tough one, but..

Christopher Walken as Pyrate, that red dress priest. =)

And Kenneth Branagh as whoever, he would have to be in it.. Maybe as King Jon? Or Joshua?

Currently re-reading MS&T myself.

Hmm..
Igen Jegger, somebody big and evil looking--WWF Wrestler HHH

If Simon were a bit older, I would say Matt Damon.

Camaris--Sean Connery (with some FX to make him look larger)

Josua--Michael Keaton

Rachel the Dragon--Kathy Bates

Elias--Kevin Spacey

Those are a few for now.

I LOVE that series. I dont' know WHO could play Jiriki and live up to my lust? Hmm... it would have to be some fabulous unknown IMO.

Remember, Simon is insanely TALL and red-headed. Matt damon? Ick! He's short and has a lip problem...

I'll do it for a measley million dollars too http://www.sffworld.com/ubb/smile.gif

I'll even wear stilts and dye my hair red at my own expense http://www.sffworld.com/ubb/wink.gif *grin*

Or if not me, then I vote for Dr Bunsen Honeydew's assistant 'Beaker'....

How 'bout Connery as Doctor Morgenes. Somehow we have to get him in this flick!

How about ANYBODY EXCEPT LEONARDO DICAPRO as Simon?

If they did make a movie out of MS&T and some characters had to be written out of the script to keep the movie under three hours in length, I sure wouldn't miss Maegwin. Although I enjoyed the series (finished it for the second time just recently) every time the Maegwin storyline came along, I was tempted to skim past it. Her rantings about "the gods will save us!" drove me insane after a while.

How about ANYBODY EXCEPT LEONARDO DICAPRO as Simon?

Add Christian Slater and Ben Affleck to that list. Pearl Harbor, Schmerl Harbor.

IDEA!! How about Russel Crowe as Camaris in a role similar to his part in Gladiator...?
