ok im in grade 12 and i just remembered a series of books i read in grade 7, however i have forgotten the title and author of the books i need help finding this info out the info i already remember is this.
i believe there are 3 books in the series all of them deal with a young boy who learns to cast magic by the means of an old man he then find out to save the world he needs to find a sword that has 3 pieces to it the hilt the blade and the pommel stone the very first scene is discribed as him being in a field and getting attacked by his fire.
if anyone can help me here please please please do so any info would be greatly appreciated.:)
