The Crown of Stars is the best series I ever read. The story just gets better and better. If u read it and wanna talk about it, post here

While I do not think that her work is the best, I am a huge fan. She is also one of the nicest authors that I have ever met. At one signing, I end up talkingto her for well over an hour about fantasy, history and just about everything else. She was also nice enough to put me in the latest book (just a mention, but still very nice). She answers her email regularly too.

Great series. It is great that Elliot hasn't shown her whole hand at the start, and we are still wondering how things got to their current state as well as how they are going to finish.

This series is ace, and the only downside is having to wait ages for the final installment 'Crown of Stars', which probably won't be out till at least another year or more.

Has anyone read her "Jaran" series? It is more science fiction than fantasy, but I enjoyed it a lot.

Hehe every writer is the best writer since Tolkein. Lets put it this way - you are bad if you don't get a comparison somewhere down the line.

Yep, more and more books have begun to campare a new book with one that has made a hit. Soon it'll be 'this is the best since ASoIaF or the other...'.
