Depends on your system and server, but we're looking at it. Hopefully over the next few days any problems at our end will be sorted.

I use firefox and keep many tabs open at once. Often this forum is the only tab running slowly.

Yeah, sometimes the forum does run very slowly. Not sure what's causing it. Other pages seem to be fine...

Oh yeah, it's terrible at the moment. Sometimes I have to give up - just won't load. Or, I do other things while I wait. Once I get in, it's fine...it's the getting there...

As mentioned, other pages are fine..

Thanks all. We are aware, and investigating: the feeling is that it might be the anti-spam software, that stops the site being bombarded with spam, that may be the reason.

Just shows you how much spam we could get...

But we are looking at it and looking at alternatives.

Normal service will be resumed as soon as possible.

Thanks, Mark!

Both here and for us is like the old, old days, when we used to have to pedal faster to get a shortwave radio connection! ;)

Just a bit of information. I am looking into getting the site moved to another server, doing a bit of research into different options at the moment so it isn't going to happen right away, but something will be done as soon as I have a good solution.

Regards,
Dag

Feels much faster so far. Hopefully it will stay that way. Thanks Dag. :D
