Hi there!
I edit a UK print magazine called The Small Press Review and I'm looking for longish short stories and/or first 1-2 chapters of completed novels for publication in issue 5. My planned writer got an agent and didn't have time to finish her piece for me! I therefore desperately need something in the next 5 days or I'm going to have to publish some of my own writing instead (not a good look).
TSPR is not exactly Asimov's or Analog, I know, but we do publish quality writing in all genres except chidren's/erotica/horror.
There is a website (thesmallpressreview.co.uk) but due to server issues it hasn't been updated for a couple of months. This will be sorted once I've put issue 5 to bed.
Please mail me via the site first if you're interested; we can take things from there.
