Anybody have a certain type of music they like to listen too while reading fantasy?
Most people like to read in quiet but I prefer some ambience. Personally I usually listen to soundtracks from such movies as Arthur, 13th Warrior, Braveheart, LOTR, etc. but I also like Loreena Mckinnet (amongst others).
What do you listen too?

usually pretty much anything. i have something like 2,500 MP3's on my computer and tend to just play them all on shuffle so an interesting mix usually comes up.
Been listening to a lot of Five for Fighting recently though, so they are often in the background when reading

there have been similar threads in the past. just do a search for "music+listen".
i guess a lot of different styles apply when I read, whatever comes handy. but if I have the time to choose, probably i will come up with
Jethro Tull
Blackmore's Night
Clannad
Loreena mcKennit
Rammstein, Deep Purple or other heavies for the battle scenes
A lot of instrumental jazz if i don't want my attention to wander too much towards the tunes.
classical recordings - either baroque or romantic concerts [rachmaninov, brahms, ceaikovski, chopin]

Mostly romantic stuff, depending on the story.
Mahler, Wagner, Tchaikovsky, Bruckner, Chopin, Rachmaninoff, Sibelius etc. for the epics (Chopin when I foresee depressing moments). As well as Debussy, Faure, Ravel, Haydn, Bach, Handel and many, mant more for miscellaneous. And then a bit of light jazz or some funk at other times. I don't like to listen to anything with lyrics (except opera because I can't understand it) as I find it distracts me and I end up singing along.
Wagner's operas are especially interesting to listen to as a large amount of fantasy literature follows the same structure. Some writers even list Wagner as an influence. So it's kind of like hearing the whole story whilst reading a short section. Foreshadowing in a way.

I prefer silence. It allows me to concentrate on what I'm reading.

I agree. Also, I love music, and when I listen to music, I listen to music and nothing else.
