Did anyone else notice that Manfred is shocked in RoaDK when Erik tells him he has a nephew, despite previously being told and admitting to knowledge of the child in Merchant King? It's not really a big deal, but it quite surprising.

Has anyone else noticed any other plot flaws in the series?

You have only noticed the one flaw?? :)

There are way too many to mention, just go on the halls of world website and they are all listed.....at one point certain characters have "forgotten they were married"!!
