I want to know the best story idea!

I was thinking of working on a full scale manga for tokyopop for when I move to LA in 2010.
I plan to write a story from my early ideas in grade school and want to know which is the best idea for me to pitch. I want the story to be complete before I draw; I dont waist time with a dull consept so, which of my stories looks the most promising to you?
These 4 ideas are from 6 grade (1999) to now so.. if there are manga idea that rivial mine, or let is nearly a dubble, done be for, ect ect. let me know.

1) Light Dragon(1999) - In 3450 B.E. ,Before Earth, A Kaprean Boy's planet has the most technological race of the time. There planet is rule by a space tyrant name Gorlord, a powerful Gnik. A Gnik is a race in the story. To be sure of the planet's summition, he request a child from one of the planets leaders every 20 years. The story begains with Mork a scientist elder from the planet. Who refuses to give his son Aceics (the boy) to Gorlord. Seeing that his son would be the next pick in the line of sacrfices, he makes a ship with and advance computer to take Aceics away. When Gorlord found out he takes mork and tells him he will let him live long enougth to see his son die. The computer ship takes Aceics to a monarch ruled planet where he makes new freinds and finds a medalion that holds the prophetacy of the Light dragon. The dragon tells Aceies of the war of light a darkness that was in the beginning of time and that the dragon of darkness has returned. Aceies a long with his friends and the power of the Dragons medalion set out to find the darkness dragon.

2) Cybertech K-9 (2002) - An advance Organization in Los Angeles gives Dogs, from lab to poodle, the power to fight crime. The dogs can summon armor to run faster, talk to humans, fly ect. If Iron man was a Dog it would be like this. This was inspired mostly by my dog, Corky.

Note - Cybertech K-9 is a mix of Road Rovers and Cat and Dogs.

3) Shonen Samurai (2003) - A kid name Mikagochi Ujitsuna loves Samurai, exspecially a samurai comic of a guy name Jaga Hitsuruga, a samurai of 1500's Japan. When he goes on a feild trip to a museium he get blasted back 500 years to the time of his faved comic. Mika, thinking its all dream ends up in trouble with the men of Nobanaga Oda, and is save by a old ronin name Kuwaki Sadayori. Kuwaki takes his dojo home in a mountain pass. He learns Values of a samurai and how to be noble, and soon he meets jaga for real. There are alot of advertures they do on and he make freinds along the way. I made a lot of enemies and plots for this story.

4) Acadamy Reaper (2005) - This is the only one of my stories thats has a fan club (lol), and the only one where I wrote the story before illustaiting it. They call it Kid Death so I might change the name.

Acadamy Reaper or Kid Death is about Reapers. No, not that soul reaper crap from Bleach which, in my mine, are just samurai calling them selves reapers. No! Real reapers who go to a school on the dark side of the moon, that specializes in reaping. The look, the act, the fill is real school; Lockers, teachers, homework. They learn all there reaper techniques from there teachers how to fight and reap souls. In this school there are 2 type of reapers. The human Dead, Reapers who there once human and are a special pick to be reapers when they die, and the to Born reapers like Kid and lady death. The Grade levels of the school are Pre, Gi, Ji, Dai and Grim. The school is 4 stories high with Pre and Gi reapers on the first, Ji on the second, Dai on the third, and Grim on the forth. The Pre and Gi reapers all believe that reaping is about killing the humans, plants, and animals on the earth. Also, they believe that all Reapers are immortal and can't be harmed.

In chapter 1 Readers meet the born Gi reaper Kid Death chaseing a man, who's time has come. The man has rob a store and is running from the police. Readers learn of the first reaper skill, that is removing and renewing the flesh over their bones, after the man makes several attempts to shoot Kid Death. Also the readers learn of the first Born Reader trait which is a Marble Black Skeleton. Kid Death soon kills the man explaining that he is the assignment for that night. In the next scene kid death is in class sleep and the teacher wakes him up. This way the reader thinks it was all a dream. The teacher tells Kid death that he will never be a Grim Reaper if he sleeps in class. Kid Death explains that he has the fastest kill time of all the reapers of his class and that he doesn't care for the class work if he's the best. The Teacher tell him, he is just a Gi Reaper and that if he graduated he will get a real test of skill. Odika, kid deaths best freind, is a human reaper with the best class work grades but poorest kill times. When the teacher call on him the readers learn about reapers immunity to beings with a life force of 120 or less. (humans only reach 100 - 105) After the bell rings for the 7th period Odika Tries to teach kid death about the death touch, a Skill that allowes a reaper to take the life of any being of 30 or less life force with touch. (kid death slept through that lession) Kid Death Told Odika that it seem useless and readers then learn of Lady Death, Kid death's older sister who teaches kid death how to track and kill. This is why Kid Death is so good thou he sleeps in class. Then Odika tells kid death that it might be better if he didnt sleep in class and that he think there might be something on earth that can harm for even kill a reaper. Kid Death Laughs and saids, "There is nothing living with enough life force." Odika then tells kid death that he has heard rumors of the higher level reapers who have came back injured or not at all. Kid Death then set out to prove Odika wrong by Secretly doing one of his sister's Ji Reaper assignments. When he does, he runs in to a human with life force of 75. Lolly gaging kid death tells the human he was there to take his life, but the moon was full and soon the human is now a werwolf with a force of 225 and for the first time kid death fight for his life.

I like the Academy Reaper idea best (seems well thought out and cool characters & powers), followed by the K-9 idea.

I hope you don't mind a constructive suggestion: Your misspellings and punctuation errors made your post very hard to read. I don't think any professional publisher/editor would sit through it. Maybe you plan to pitch your series with drawings instead of words, but if you're going to hand them any sort of print-out or page with dialogue, you might want to get someone to proofread the thing and fix all the errors.

Good luck!
