I was just curious, when will George R.R.Martin's "A Storm of Swords" come out in paperback? It seems like it's been in hardback form for almost two years now.

Well, North America gets the trade paperback of ASoS in May. The Brits have had a two part version of ASoS in paperback for quite a while now.

On Martin's website, he states that the mass market paperback will not be available until sometime in 2003.

2003? Ohmigod you're shitting me, right? Jesus, I should've just caved last week and bought the damn thing. Now they don't even have the hardcover on the shelf at Chapters either. DAMN! This is driving me crazy. There's so many threads I want in on but can't cuz of the spoilers.

Yeah, the hardcover of A Storm of Swords is becoming a rare sight here in Canada. Word is spreading fast about this series... A Feast for Crows is gonna sell tons.

I thought the next one was going to be called "A Dance with Dragons". Or am I mistaken?

Saintjon, Book 4 is now A Feast for Crows. Book 5 is A Dance with Dragons. There was supposed to be a five year gap in the narrative between A Storm of Swords and A Dance with Dragons, but GRRM realized that there was too much interesting stuff happening during this 5 year period - so A Feast for Crows is basically going to detail what happens during these 5 years.
Its almost like a bonus book. The more Martin the better, in my opinion.
