I think that Hem/Cai is beginning to accept his true name more now, as he is being brought up in a more bard-like manner. However i think that he will never totally discard hem.
Pheww..technical bit over...I like Cai more. :D
I prefer Cai, (isnt it pronounced Cay?I dont mind it pronounced like that, but I always imagined it as Kai...but maybe thats because Ive never heard it pronounced any differently...)

I like Jared......I like most names that begin with J...I used to like Danny, but kinda went off it because of McFly...

Unusual names rock :D

Maybe Delfina is a New Zealand name?

Only I heard my friend who is from NZ talking about a NZ book she read (can't remember the name) that had a main character called Delfina.

I think the book was about dolphins so that might have something to do with it...

anyway I like the name Delfina.

Also, I like how Alison used the very latin "ae" sound a lot in her writing. I have just got into the latin langage and although we don't have it at school I got a latin dictionary and I found that many words have "ae" in them. Sorry, I was babbling a bit, well anyway Alison somehow got her names to sound from the same place and time by using similar sounds. I think that is realy cool and it gives the books a more life-like allusion.
