Mine is Tywin Lannister from aSoIaF. His powess is matched only by his pride. Fantasy literature is filled with villians who plot and scheme, but Lord Lannister gets things done.

I liked how he died; sitting on the john with a crossbow pointed at him, Tywin wouldn't refrain from calling Tyrion's ex wife a whore. It was so in character.
