Could we have a reply with quote icon beside our profile etc.

Also could we have the page numbers beside the topic heading to enable us to go straight to the page we want on the topic instead of having to go to the first page then to page 3 or 4 or whatever?

I'm afraid that the current forum software doesn't support the features you describe. I know there are other forum software that has much more functionality than this one, however I must admit that changing forum software is not very high on the priority list at the moment, but someday...
