To the people behind the forum:

Wow, I just looked at your counter and we're now up to 977. How much longer before it hits 1,000 you think?

Anyway, just posted this to say was curious on your stats on the members. I mean, there are around 900 members but how many members really post and how many lurkers are out there?

Btw, you're doing good work. http://www.sffworld.com/ubb/smile.gif

I'd say we will hit 1000 sometime in March.

Of those 975+ members, I would say 1/3 have disappeared since the board has been going for 3 o 4 years now.

...and now we're over 1000. Shouldn't there be a fanfare or something?

(It would be quite interesting to know who actually was the thousandth member...because I'm nosy!)

So,to celebrate, mebbe all the old people stand up and be accounted for. Or if they can't stand up, at least raise their canes. http://www.sffworld.com/ubb/biggrin.gif
