Just a quick question:
Who reviews the articles before they go up?
From this article: http://www.sffworld.com/authors/f/flagg_antavius/articles/lucid1p1.html
comes the following quote:
The five most common things that keeps you from writing:
Your not in the mood.
Your sick, and your fingers are slow at the keyboard.
I find it amusing that someone writing articles about writing has trouble differentiating your from you're.

Well, who-ever gets to the reviews or article first. With the amount of traffic we get, mistakes are bound to get through from time to time.

I guess I'm to blame for that one http://www.sffworld.com/ubb/smile.gif. However I must say that with the amount of submissions the site is getting correcting every grammatical error in the submissions is simply impossible, although I wish it where. It would simply take to much time, we try to correct as much as we can though.

Ogg opens up the by-laws and points to page 689, paragraph 3 subsection E, and reads aloud...
"Errors are to be expected, and can be overlooked on every third tuesday of the 10th month in the year of the Monkey..
Ogg then closes the by-laws and wanders off again... http://www.sffworld.com/ubb/biggrin.gif

I wasn't so much having a go at you admin guys (you do a great job BTW) but moreso at someone writing articles on writing and having bad grammar. It's like a guy with no teeth giving lectures on oral hygiene http://www.sffworld.com/ubb/smile.gif
