I remember reading a short story anthology in the school library when I was a boy in the UK, probably around '83, which featured a story about a group of scientists working on the moon who were so sick of not being able to get fresh milk that they constructed an artificial cow from laboratory equipment. Try as I might I cannot remember what it was called or who it was by, except that it may have been in one of the Nova anthologies. If anyone else remembers this and can point me in the right direction I would be forever grateful, it has been bugging me for quite some time.
