This is a completely trivial item, but what was so huge about that date that there were 783 users online here? Does anyone (mods/admin) know?

Nothing too exciting, Pete, sadly: it's probably a day when we got spambotted most....

...though it's about the time (I think!) when we were involved in a Games of Thrones competition.

Aww, that sucks. I was hoping for a much cooler story.

There was a competition around that time where, for various GRRM goodies, you had to find/collect a series of pictures (pictures/cards of the main characters, if I remember right!) that could be found on various websites, if you read the clues correctly.

We were one of the sites with a hidden clue, so we got lots of visitors looking.

However, the competition finished a L-O-N-G time ago, so I'll be surprised if you find anything now.

Ohh..so that's the reason why. Thanks! :)

Although the game was a little bit hard,
it think it would be fun to play! ;)
