I can't get a picture under my name, where do I insert the link? Also, my signature isn't showing. Might it be too long? If it is, isn't "it" supposed to give an error and tell me that it's too long?

You can add an avatar within the User Control Panel under the Edit Options. I believe they have restricted them to 65x65 pixels.

I don't think they have the signature option enabled on the server yet.
