Hi everyone. I'm trying to identify a short story that has just popped into my head. I think I read it in the late 70s or early 80s.

In it, a number of astronauts in space suits were stranded in space, I think following the destruction of their ship. They were all on divergent trajectories, slowly drifting away from each other. Most (maybe all) of the story is their dialogue as they talk to each other by radio. Then, maybe something happens at the end, I can't remember.

All suggestions appreciated!

Also sounds like the ending of Dark Star by Alan Dean Foster
