This character is easily my favorite of any I've ever read. I love how full of bravado he is. He is also extremely witty, and quick on his feet.
Does anyone know of any other books where the main, or one of the main characters has this kind of wit?
Thanks!

Tehol definitely does from Steven Eriksons books.

Read both of those series.
Jaime? I think Tyrion had far more bravado and wit than Jaime.
If you meant Tyrion, then yea, he is what I'm looking for.
Oh, yes! Tehol!! He was completely awesome! I forgot all about him. I need to reread that book.

Why not go to the original swashbucklers: D'Artagnan and the musketeers [Dumas], Pardaillan [Feval], Captain Blood, Sandokan [Sabatini], Scaramouche [?]
From the fantasy books i've read this year the closest to these types came the swordsman from Mary Gentle "1610 - A Sundial in a Grave"". And Ash is waiting it's turn for when i will feel ready to tackle the doorstopper.

It's an obvious one, and you might have read it already, but Scott Lynch's The Lies of Locke Lamorra. Locke is def a swashbuckler.

What makes you think you are an authority to recommend a character similar to Nicomo? Oh wait, that's right....

:D
I was thinking of writing something like, "You probably didn't even read it," but I knew someone would be along with something more comical.
