Hey guys,
I'm trying to remember the name of a novel I read, probably in the last 5 years. I think it was written in the last decade or so. Anyway, here's a basic overview/everything I can remember:

there was a network some humans could tap into and they were able to access information. Kind of like the Internet but built into your mind. I also recall an entity that lived within the network that took the shape of a swirl and talked/influenced people into doing things for it to serve it's purpose. Sounds bizzarre but I thought it was a good book. Also, it was set in the future on earth. I'm not sure if anyone has heard of a novel called C.U.S.P....I can't find any info on it and I'm thinking this might be the Novel I'm thinking of.

Thanks!!
