Would you believe there are actually people complaing about the amount of sex in WoT. There are people that are saying that the amount of sex in the last two books has put them off the series and that RJ is using it as filler!

So what do you think?

I don't know what you all are talking about. The Wheel of Time series is practically a porno. Whenever Rand isn't coaxing some helpless female into enjoying the pleasures of "Little Rand" (aka-Randy) using Lews Therin's extensive knowledge of Kama Sutra, Mat is upsetting the "pattern" (Which I interpret as getting girls pregnant), or Perrin is taking advantage of the poor girl with the big nose. This series, upon reading it, disgusted, outraged and even aroused me a little, which I think is terrible. Robert Jordan should be burned at the stake and placed in a grave next to Hitler.

Ahem.

I've never read a fantasy novel that had much sex, letalone *too* much sex in it. A trilogy by Chris Bunch (forgot the name) probably had the most, but it was actually good (the scenes and all the books), so it was a bonus :)

That just shows how the calibre of people now reading the books has changed from his initial fanbase.
