Does anyone know of any good books exploring the concept of dimensions beyond those of human comprehension? Such as beings or phenomena that exist in four (or more) dimensions?

"And He Built a Crooked House" by Heinlein. It's a short story about a four dimensional house, which is both quite funny and thought provoking.

Flatland: A Romance of Many Dimensions by Edwin Abbott Abbott is the undisputed Daddy of this theme.
If you are not careful you start getting into Narnia scenarios.

David Brin's "Uplift Storm" trilogy has a side story that is set mostly inside of a wierd higher dimension (e-Space I think). Pretty cool description of how things work in that dimension. How even traveling through it is difficult once you get there because things like up, down, distance... dont really mean much.
Also I liked Peter Hamilton's Nights Dawn books. Theres the dimension where the "bad" guys are (I dont want to give anything away if you havent red it yet). Even better is a part where a colony ship falls into a lower dimension. But thats only a very small part of the story overall.

Greg Egan does that. Diaspora for example features some five-dimensional aliens and humans trying to "perceive" in their world.

Is this the one where a character lives in a 2D world? I think I kinda remember it from my HS days.

Yeah, I've actually read that one. Quite good, and I'm not always into Heinlein.
Thanks for the recommendations so far.
