Anyone know this Book?

In 1975, I read a SF/horror paperback and I can't remember the title.
I thought it was by Harlan Ellison, but I may be wrong; I can't seem to find it.
It was short stories, and one of the stories was called "Dead Shot" or "I'm a dead Shot".
It was about a guy who went around his neighborhood, killing people at random. Like a sniper. He describes a fat woman that he kills, and others.
In the end,he gets shot by someone(police?) and his last words are:"I'm a dead shot".
Does anyone know this book, what it's called and the author?
I really would appreciate it, as I have googled and not found anything.
Thanks in advance!

I remember reading the Harlan Ellison collection The Deadly Streets with a story in it called The Dead Shot but can't remember if it fits your description. Fairly certain it was in the Edge of Forever as well, only decent link I could find was this:
