I'm pretty glad I found this site, signed up just for this particular forum. I read a sci-fi book when I was younger and all I can remember are tiny details but I would really love to read it again.

The detail that sticks out the most is I remember a good portion of the main characters used this technology ( mostly in their weapons wich were swords of some sort, energy swords maybe. Where there was a needle or multiple needls that pricked their hand and if they could only operate the technology if they had the right blood if not i'm pretty sure it killed the user.

Sorry it's so little to go on but it's really all I remember. Get back to me as soon as possible please.

Yeah: I find that's often the problem, Pythean. Or they're out of print. :)

Best of luck with your search, though.

I've had a lot of luck finding out-of-print books on Amazon.
