I thought all those Canucks out there might like to know that Amazon just launched a Canadian website. (www.amazon.ca). So, if you like to order books online (like I do, as I only have one decent bookstore in this city and they often don't have what I want) then now you have another choice besides Indigo.

In my experience the Indigo website absolutely sucks, it often gives you no information about a book, not even a picture of the cover. Amazon is much more user friendly in this respect.

Of course I've always been free to order from Amazon, but could never afford international shipping and such. Who can?

Oh, how exciting - and they have all my three US published books listed as well, including a new review for Reflections that I hadn't seen before!

Awesome. I remember reading about Amazon moving into Canada back in April...so I knew it was only a matter of time. Then again I don't order books online anymore...I miss the Coupon days :( If my local Chapters doesn't have a book I want in stock, I just order from an independent bookstore nearby. I will not pay the $2 ripoff charge per order that Chapters is fleecing their customers with!

I might order DVDs through amazon.ca though!
