Hey gang, I'm having trouble remembering the title of a book I read years ago!!

I remember there was a wizard who rode around on a super fast white horse and who sometimes changed colours.

There were some midgets who went on a special mission and had kind of a gremlin creature following them about.

Also there was a broken sword which I think might have been able to shoot lightning. It got fixed by the hero's wife, then they married and the hero became king.

I think that was a movie, not a book. Check http://www.imdb.com/

Since it can't beThe Lord of the Rings, I'd also like to know what it is so I can see what other similarities it has to it.

I would be surprised if the OP wasn't a joke. If it wasn't then it is clear that they just didn't know that the book was LotR.

I feel like a grade-A numbnut for not figuring that out.
