In my user options an avatar list is mentioned.
How can I upload an avatar from my pc so that it stays in this list and does not disappear when I use a new one ?

I think I may have given the wrong impression here... in another thread I said that you could have a database of personal avatars ready to use. Having just checked, I have found this is not the case... you only ever have one avatar (the one you are using) in your UserCP.

But it is a simple matter of keeping any avatars you may to use in the future in a folder on your HD, and then browse to it when you want to change. Whichever one you choose will uploaded onto the SFF server and will replace your current one.
