I was wondering if you guys could help me identify a book from long ago...

About 25 years ago, my dad got a book from the library for me, but I don't remember the title.

It was basically a fictitious compendium of large and small spaceships, generally with one ship per one or two pages. It had some beautiful paintings, and a writeup about the manufacturer and/or owning faction, and the ship's capabilities.

I'm looking for that book, or something similar and equally cool, for a kid that's into spaceships. Any ideas?

There was a post awhile back where someone else was looking for a similar book:

maybe one of the suggestions there can help you.

Wohoo! You were right! It's, "Spacecraft 2000-2100 AD". Thanks a bundle.
