Hello, as u might see to my post amount, I'm pretty new here...
Hello! :D
And could u please (asking friendly always helps :D) help me to find a new serie of fantasy books which I could devour in my endless need of fantasy books.... :)
To give you a bit information about my taste of books, I loved the serie "Recluce" by LE Modesitt Jr, the serie "Hyperion/Endymion" by Dan Simmons and the serie "Amber" by Roger Zelazny.
I hope you can help :)

The list is endless. Are you looking for series only?
Here's a short list (series only):
Tolkien - Lord of the rings
Zelazny - Changeling/Madwand
Saberhagen - Swords
Feist - Rift War
Martin - Ice and Fire
For a long list read all the threads below and/or checkout this web site -

Hrm well "The Wheel of Time" by Robert Jordan should keep you pretty well fed as it's nice and fat! :D
Steven Erikson's "A Tale of the Malazan: Book of the Fallen" series is also delicious. First book is "Gardens of the Moon".
Anytink by David Gemmell is gud!

Hmm, guess I wasn't too specified about what I read :D
Lord of the Rings is without a doubt that everybody should have read - so have I ;)
And I tried Wheel of Time a while ago (like three quarters of a year ago) and alas I hadn't enough time (size does matter :D)
What's the story behind that serie of Zelasny?
Are there also any good (preferrably ;)) "fantasy/sf mixed" books people can recommend?

Zelazny did it a lot.
