Does anyone have the name of any freelance editors who are proficient in finalizing a manuscript so it's ready to be submitted to publishers or agents?

My editor is good, but I fear we don't see eye to eye when it comes to several issues, and I'd like to have my book submission ready—while I continue to self-promote.
