Search Function

Hi All,

Can anyone solve an issue with search function that's normally on the top right of the screen?

Sometimes it's there and sometimes it isn't, but it seems that when I'm at work it's there (using Internet Explorer), whereas at home it's not (Firefox).

Does anyone know if there's a reason why Firefox won't show it (and how I get around it)?

Cheers.

Interesting one, Westsiyeed. I use Firefox mainly (like now!) and IE at work: doesn't appear to be a problem for me.

The fact that it is you, but not others, might suggest that it is either your computer or your provider, rather than a generic problem for everyone.

May be a problem for others too, but if so they haven't told us yet!

Is it possible that your Firefox is not the latest? Might be worth a check.

Mark

OK, thanks Mark.

Might try uninstalling and reinstalling Firefox and see...

Do you have AdBlock Plus on your Firefox installation? I just opened the site in Firefox and it doesn't display, but it's displaying fine in Opera.

Actually I do have that on and only installed it recently so it might be the culprit - might test it out.

Thanks Dwa...Cheerwell :)

Yep, just turned Adbock Plus off on the SFF page. Thanks.

Pleased you found a solution, Westsiyeed.

To be honest, it often is something like that....
